The Training feature allows users to manage employee training programs and track employee progress toward skill development and career growth.
With the Training feature, users can schedule and conduct training sessions, assign trainers, and track employee progress to ensure they are acquiring the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed in their jobs.
- Go to HR>Training>Trainings
- Click “(+)Create Training” on the upper right side.
- Select the Branch, Trainer Option, Trainer Type, Trainer, Employee, Start and End date.
- Put Training cost and Description.
- Click “Create” to save the training schedule.
- Go to HR>Training>Trainers
- Click “(+)Create Trainer” on the upper right side.
- Select the Branch. Enter Name, Contact, Email, Expertise and Address of the Trainer.
- Click “Create” to save the new trainer.
