The Attendance Report summarizes employee attendance information such as working hours, overtime, and absences for a specific period.

Use case

You can use this report to monitor employee attendance and punctuality and ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.


  1. Go to Reports>HRM>Attendance
  2. Select the attendance period, branch, and department you want to generate.
  3. Click “Apply” and wait for the report to load.
  4. Review the Attendance Report for accuracy and completeness.
  5. Download the report as needed.
