Employee Assets

The Employee Assets feature enables users to track and manage assets assigned to employees, such as laptops, phones, and company vehicles.

Use Case

The Employee Assets feature allows users to easily assign and track assets, set maintenance schedules, and track usage.

Instructions

Manage Employee Assets

  1. Go to HR>Employee Assets
  2. Click “(+)Create New Asset” on the upper right side.
  3. Enter any necessary details such as Asset Name, Purchase Date, and Expected Asset Life.
  4. Select the employee to whom you want to assign the asset.
  5. Click “Create” to save and assign the asset.
