Attendance

Attendance

The Attendance feature allows users to track employee attendance records and maintain a central database of attendance data.

Use Case

With the Attendance feature, users can easily record employee attendance, view attendance records, and generate reports to analyze attendance patterns.

Instructions

Recording Attendance

  1. Navigate to the “Attendance” tab.
  2. Select the appropriate date.
  3. Enter attendance data for each employee.
  4. Click “Update” to record the attendance data.

Viewing Attendance Records

  1. Navigate to the “Attendance” tab.
  2. Select the date range for the attendance records you wish to view.
  3. Review the attendance records for each employee.

    Bulk Attendance

    Bulk Attendance feature allows users to record attendance data for multiple employees at once.

    Use Case

    With the Bulk Attendance feature, users can quickly and efficiently record attendance data for multiple employees, saving time and effort.

    Instructions

    Recording Bulk Attendance

    1. Navigate to the “Bulk Attendance” tab.
    2. Select the appropriate date.
    3. Enter attendance data for each employee.
    4. Click “Update” to record the attendance data for all selected employees.
