Budget Planner

The Budget Planner feature allows users to create and manage financial budgets for their company.

Use Case

With the Budget Planner feature, users can easily create and manage financial budgets, track budget performance, and adjust budgets as required.

Instructions

Creating a New Budget

  1. Navigate to the “Budget Planner” tab.
  2. Click on the “Add Budget” button.
  3. Enter the budget details such as budget name, start/end date, and budgeted amounts.
  4. Click “Save” to create the budget.

Managing Budgets

  1. Navigate to the “Budget Planner” tab.
  2. Select the budget you want to manage.
  3. Review the budgeted amounts and actual expenses.
  4. Adjust the budgeted amounts as required.
  5. Click “Save” to update the budget.

Tracking Budget Performance

  1. Navigate to the “Budget Planner” tab.
  2. Review the budgeted amounts and actual expenses for each budget.
  3. Identify areas where expenses are exceeding budgeted amounts.
  4. Adjust budgets as required to improve budget performance.
